Resep Bahan dan Bumbu Sambal Tempe Balado

• 250 gram tempe
• 50 ml air
• 1/2 sdt garam
• 1/2 sdt gula pasir (opsional)
• 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk atau sesuai selera
• minyak untuk menggoreng dan menumis

Bumbu halus :

• 10 buah cabe keriting merah
• 5 buah cabe merah besar
• 4 butir bawang merah
• 2 siung bawang putih
• 1 buah tomat merah

Cara Membuat Sambal Goreng Tempe Balado

• Tempe dipotong-potong berbentuk dadu, goreng hingga matang, lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
• Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan dan aduk-aduk hingga harum. Tuang air, garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk, serta aduk rata.
• Setelah bumbu tidak mengandung air, masukkan tempe dan aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata dengan bumbu. Matikan api, angkat dan tuang dalam piring saji, lalu siap untuk disajikan.
