NASI KUNING HARUM RAMPA 
Bahan 1
400 g beras, cuci bersih dan rendam 15 menit
50 g beras ketan, cuci bersih dan rendam 15 menit
5 tetes air jeruk nipis

Bahan 2 :
1000 ml santan encer
2 lembar salam
2 lembar pandan
2 btg serai
5 lembar daun jeruk
¼ buah pala
3 biji cengkih
½ btg kecil kayu manis
2 sdt garam
¾ sdt Desaku Kunyit Bubuk 
¼ sdt Ladaku Merica Bubuk 

Bahan 3 :
100 g kelapa disangan (serundeng)
300 g ikan tongkol goreng bumbu cabe/balado tongkol
Kerupuk secukupnya

 Cara Membuat : 
1. Campur beras dan beras ketan. Panaskan dandang atau kukusan lalu selama 20 menit atau setengah matang.
2. Sembari menunggu beras, masak bahan 2 higga mendidih dan harum lalu beri 5 tetes air jeruk ratakan.
3. Panas-panas masukkan beras dalam rebusan santan, aduk rata higga santan terserap.
4. Kukus kembali beras yang sudah terserap santan selama 30-40 menit.
5. Angkat dan hidangkan dengan semua kondimen bahan 3 serta taburi bawang goreng dan tambahkan ketimun & kemangi.

Ratusan tahun sebelum kelahiran Nabi Muhammad SAW, zamzam sudah ada dan tak ada seorang pun yang tahu keberadaannya. Namun, berkata Abdul Muthalib-lah sumur zamzam itu kembali terkuak keberadaannya.

Suatu hari Abdul Muthalib tidur di Hathim Kabah. Dalam mimpi, seseorang menyuruhnya menggali Thaibah. Abdul Muthalib bertanya di mana Thaibah itu, namun mimpi berlalu tanpa adanya jawaban. Mimpi yang sama berulang pada hari kedua dan ketiga, namun setiap kali namanya berubah. Pada hari keempat, Abdul Muthalib disuruh menggali zamzam.

Abdul Muthalib bertanya di mana zamzam itu. Abdul Muthalib hanya mendapat tanda-tandanya. Akhirnya, dia bersama putra sulungnya (satu- satunya putranya pada saat itu) melakukan penggalian di lokasi zamzam sekarang ini.

Penggalian pada hari keempat, dinding sumur tampak. Setelah beberapa kali penggalian, tingkat airnya dapat dicapai. Dia pun menemukan bahwa di dalam sumur ada dua patung rusa emas, pedang, dan perisai.

Atas keberhasilan ini, Abdul Muthalib berseru “Allahu Akbar!” dan berkata, “Inilah sumur Ismail!” Orang-orang Quraisy pun mengerumuni Abdul Muthalib dan mulai mengatakan, karena sumur itu semula milik Ismail, maka ketika ditemukan kembali, sumur itu pun jadi milik seluruh suku.

Abdul Muthalib menolak pendapat mereka dengan mengatakan bahwa sumur itu merupakan karunia khusus dari Allah SWT yang dianugerahkan kepada dirinya.

Pada akhirnya orang-orang Quraisy sepakat menyerahkan persoalan mereka kepada wanita arif dari suku Sa’d di Syria. Setiap marga mengutus satu orang untuk mewakili marga bersangkutan. Abdul Muthalib, bersama putranya dan beberapa sahabat, berada dalam kafilah yang sama, namun Abdul Muthalib memiliki pemahaman dan persiapan tersendiri.

Di tengah gurun, air yang dibawa Abdul Muthalib habis. Seluruh anggota kelompok lain tak mau berbagi air. Mereka nyaris mati. Abdul Muthalib menyarankan kelompoknya untuk menggali beberapa kuburan agar kalau ada yang mati, maka tinggal menguburkannya saja.

Dengan demikian, hanya satu orang saja, yang matinya terakhir, yang tidak akan terkubur. Mereka pun menggali kuburan mereka sendiri. Kelompok lain cuma menonton saja.

Pada hari kedua, Abdul Muthalib menasihati sahabat-sahabatnya bahwa menyerah kepada kematian tanpa melakukan upaya habis-habisan merupakan sikap pengecut. Kemudian Abdul Muthalib menaiki untanya, dan untanya pun bangkit. Pada saat itulah kaki unta menjejak-jejak bumi, dan tiba-tiba keluarlah air yang sejuk lagi sedap rasanya. Abdul Muthalib mengucapkan, “Allahu Akbar!”

Para sahabatnya juga ikut mengucapkan “Allahu Akbar!” Mereka pun lalu mereguknya untuk menghilangkan dahaga, lalu mengisi penuh wadah-wadah air mereka yang terbuat dari kulit. Abdul Muthalib kemudian mengundang kelompok lawan untuk ikut mengisi wadah-wadah air mereka yang berbuat dari kulit.

Sahabat-sahabat Abdul Muthalib merasa keberatan, namun Abdul Muthalib mengatakan, “Kalau kita berbuat seperti mereka, maka tak ada bedanya antara kita dan mereka."

Seluruh kafilah pun mengerumuni sumber air itu. Mereka minum dan mengisi penuh wadah-wadah air mereka yang terbuat dari kulit. Kemudian mereka berkata, "Wahai Abdul Muthalib, demi Allah, Allah telah menentukan antara kamu dan kami. Dia telah menganugerahkan kemenangan kepadamu. Demi Allah, kami tak akan pernah berselisih denganmu tentang zamzam. Tuhan yang telah menciptakan sumber air ini di sini di gurun ini untukmu telah menganugerahkan zamzam kepadamu.”

Maka sejak saat itu, Zamzam pun menjadi milik pribadi Abdul Muthalib.
